If you mean Cary Williams last year compared to Byron Maxwell this upcoming season there's no chance Maxwell is that bad. If you're saying Cary is going to have a better year when his deficiency's are masked by 3 pro bowlers in the secondary then maybe. Really not a fair comparison.
