If I had to rank the bear seasons I'd go 2,1,4...3. Excellent show. If you grew up Italian in Philly the characters are pretty spot on.

One of the funnier shows I watched in recent years was the Studio on Apple TV. Seth Rogens a twit but perfect casting for this role. Zoe Kravitz winds up stealing the show.

Took me enough years but I finally started watching deadwood. Just finished season 1 I'm hooked.

theres nothing to heat up...their offense is what it is

they need to do some drastic things at the deadline to come away with a different method. the strength of the team is pitching pitching pitching.

the new bear season is tremendous....thought it fell off a little last season but it's back with a vengeance

you also get to see the Deliver Me From Nowhere trailer every other commercial and Bruce's Tougher Than The Rest is in episode 7

Todd, i have that exhausting converstion with my Philly boys out here all the time.  The whole "it's warming up" "they're hitting the ball hard" "Harper's back soon" etc. comments I shoot down like fish in a barrel.  So only the Phillies meathead lineup wakes up in July - Sept?  Yeah, they hit the ball hard and right at the other team's defense.

Strahm looks spent. Those were three loud outs in bottom ninth. Mr. Ozempic messed up Strahm big time.

Ranger did Ranger things.  Offense did just enough.  Strahm is :boom.  That is all.

Luzardo should have been down 6-0 way he pitched.  14 K's by the bats, Loseardo, Ross, Blowmano, WE'RE BACK BABY!!

13 runs in a bullpen game, long rain delay to start game and awful conditions ain't fooling anyone.

J would take too long to explain the housing market in Hawaii!  Obviously very expensive, what you get for your pay often leaves you scratching your head but price of paradise.  Downtown Honolulu area is turning into South Beach, which is kind of cool, all these beautiful condos popping up left and right, young 30 something vibe, but good god $$$.  What's brutal about those are the HOA's. Junior lucked out but most of these new places popping up it's over $1000 for HOA!  Yes, you get the beautiful lobby, swimming pool the nice workout facilities, the little business centers and party rooms but still that kind of money you better wash my car, shine my shoes, walk my dogs, do my grocery shopping, etc.

Amico might have been a top 15 pick if he wasn't so injury prone. Zero problems with taking a 6'6 dman. My favorite pick was Murtagh who was projected as a late 1st. He has a ton of untapped potential.

Yeah, they went mostly with big guys in this graft:

I can't pretend to know more about these picks than anyone off the street, let alone people paid to GM a hockey team, but the online consensus from those that follow more than me seems to be that other than Martone at 6 and possibly Amico at 38, they reached a bit for the rest.

It'll be interesting to see what the team does next year.  I can't say I'm overly hopeful.
