im gonna be in way upstate NY with 12 family members in house that holds about six.....the house tv is a 13 incher....therefore im gonna bring up an old 27 inch set from my house...
theres better than even odds that i punch a family member in the face during the game
Spending christmas morning with my parents, then going to my inlaws and back to my parents house in time for the game is the gameplan. I dont want to watch it with the inlaws, they dont know that i have a sailors mouth watching football. Plus i've avoided watchign eagles games there for 6 years now, why start :evil
I am so lucky the game is on at noon HST. Family gift opening will be long over and family dinner isn't until 5:00 PM. I'll be a basket case anyway you look at it at dinner, win or lose.
Moms, pre-dinner, pre-gift exchange.
At home. In-laws in town (including grandmother-in-law and their dog). A local couple joining us for dinner (Eagles fans, and the woman is 8 months pregnant).
We'll probably start eating around 4 or 4:30, put the game on in the background, and watch the rest as we eat dessert.

In jail at the work release center. In an orange jump-suit sitting on a metal bench. That is if it is on local TV. :P Don't Drink & Drive Kiddos!
I will be at my father's house (Racist fan) so I will have someone else rooting for the Iggs with me. It will be just him and I. So we can yell and shout all we damn well want and please.

after all of the hustling around we do on xmas day, i may not see it at 5pm.
i'll be at my inlaws for christmas dinner, and they arent sports fans. but everything usually wraps up by 6pm, and the wife and i head home for the evening. so i am thinking of utilizing my tivo for the 1st quarter and just start watching it about 6:30. unless i can get to the inlaws TV, which may be possible.
i guess that i'm blessed that whenever we go over to the in-laws, my father-in-law hands me the remote when i sit on the couch
i'll be watching from the in-laws house which isn't a big deal considering he's one of the guys who has season tickets with me.

At my sister's, in the boondocks of central PA. Watching football is one of the few things I have in common with my brother-in-law, so it is all good as long as Sis doesn't decide we need to have a formal sit-down dinner.
I'll be spending the morning at home with the wife & kids, then traveling up to NEPA to visit family in the afternoon. My dad hates watching games with me because I get too emotional, so I probably won't be staying with him. I going to try & find an open bar without a-hole Cowboy fans in it.
At home with the immediate family. Maybe the neighbor friends might come over, but they've been instructed that this is serious stuff.
At my moms, watching the game, laptop with :CF
beers in belly, more in fridge. happy times.
Brunch at my house for both families, over to the in-laws in the early afternoon to exchange gifts with them. back home for the game while the wife goes to work and the kids play with their new toys in their rooms.
Not sure about Christmas night (the big family shindig is Christmas Eve, but sometimes we get together on Christmas night as well).
No matter where I am, the game will be ON.

This is like the Perfect Storm for me: Eagles game on TV, Christmas Day, and my son's birthday. I have been told by my wife that the TV is not allowed to be on, and I am not to watch the game.
My parents will be coming over, as well as Phanatic and his family.
And Phanatic and I will be watching the game, wife be damned.
My wife asked me at dinner tonight how many people were coming over to watch the Eagles. I have to say I was a bit stunned. I figured I'd get the evil-eye if I even suggested it and here she does it for me.

I'll be back at my parents' place in suburban Philly, drinking some beers with my dad and watching the game. There will be absolutely no nagging by anyone because the Eagles are recognized as a high priority by my entire extended family, men and women alike.
Christmas dinner is traditionally not a big deal in my family, so that can easily be done before or after the game.
The only possible interruption is a medical emergency, since one of my family members is very ill.

I guess it boiled down to a choice between me going to a bar on Christmas night to watch the Eagles or staying home and watching them. Again, surprisingly she chose the latter.

Christmas morning w/Mrs. Feva, L'il Feva and the in-laws. Then off to my parents house, who I figure will be having dinner at about 2 or 3 that afternoon. It should be a house full of people over there (cousins, aunts, nieces and nephews) which means a little before the game starts, it'll be too much noise for my dad and he'll retreat to his TV room... followed by me and my brother, and there I can feel free to scream at the TV as much as I need to... although I'll tone down the profanity with my dad around.
After that... depending on how the game goes, I'll either go with the wife and in-laws to visit other family or just take my ass home.

Ad much as I hate Dallas he's a good fan and aside from his choice of teams is a pretty good guy. Of course that all goes by the wayside once gametime rolls around - especially since my Dad, Uncle's, Aunt's, and cousins are all diehard Eagles fans.

I'll be flying up from FL to my parents in Philly. Brother, his wife and son coming up X-Mas afternoon from VA. Advised them to arrive by 4pm for dinner. Look forward to some alone time with 6 year old nephew, desperately in need of taterskins deprogramming from cretenous inbred peers in Virginia.
A little bittersweet as this may be our last holiday in PA (after almost 50 years there for the P's). My parents are getting on and planning to move down with my brother. It will make it harder to fly up a couple of times a year for games, I'll miss that as much as anything.
Lastly, just got an offer for a Falcons ticket, just after made plans with the girlfriend for New Years Eve and each booked our flights back to Florida.
