The Combine should make the athletes suit up in full pads before running and jumping.

I think the prospects should arm themselves and battle it out for draft position. Penalties for killing an opponent. Bonus points for maiming/crippling.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I did 10-15 reps of 225 2 years ago. Today I'd be lucky to get 3-4 reps but the point is that's really unimpressive.

You're new to this whole over-evaluating rookies thing, huh.

The man. The myth. The legend.

IIRC guys with shorter arms almost always put up better numbers than the big guys with long arms...

Still, it sounds like this guy had a pretty poor showing even after his fiasco at the combine. I don't think I'd touch him in the second round. I imagine him, King Dunlop, and Shawn Andrews just not feeling like getting up out of their stance when the ball is snapped.

not really

I know you should of saw me when I heard the news...I literally punched my desk 4 times in anger and ran out the house screaming

and by the way...you have a guy here whos heart and willingness to push himself at the NFL level has been in serious  question since he ditched out on the combine

now this only adds more reluctance to spend huge dollars on a high pick for teams..not to mention he was visibly overweight at his pro day as well.....but yeah I was freaking
