Somebody forgot about the Anthony Toney days.  Or maybe I have because I'm actually assuming Toney was fast enough to pick up 13 yards on a run.

Ed Reed might be the best safety in the history of the NFL.  It might not even be a close race for it either.  He's ridiculous.
