some areas of western ny have 5.5 feet of snow from this storm

this is a catastrophically insane amount of snow...think of the bread and water philadelphians would buy if this hit them
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

We got flurries out here. I think they did do the french toast panic over it.

My company is based in Hamburg - right outside of Buffalo.

Last I heard was six feet in something like 36 hours.

It was 32 and freezing rain this morning at my moms house. On my drive back here it had warmed to 49/50 and rain.

I thought with the marriage age there that Texans loved being in teens.

Rome

I went there on a family vacation when I was 17.  You're down at the bottom in a tropical rainforest and then they start ascending up the service road.  The vegetation disappears and the entire slope looks like brownie mix.  The temperature at the bottom was in the high 70's but the minibus operator had parkas for when you arrived at the top.  It was freezing for sure.

One of the strangest experiences I've ever had.  Humbling actually.  Nature and shtein.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds
