They believe it was filmed in Bosnia.....surprise.  They don't value human life so I can't imagine puppies are high on the totem pole.

They believe? Listen to it, the little funhole ain't speaking english. Dogs are not treated so well in other countries of the world. This is not surprising at all really. I love dogs, but they are just animals. Life goes on...
