new nba rights
-espn is going to have fewer games, but will keep the finals (on abc) every year.
-tnt stays, but tbd on game inventory
-nbc/peacock in a really good spot for a package. that means a ton of peacock exclusives, regular and some post. id have to guess they are going to get some conference finals or something big, too.
-amazon should get something, but it will be mixed in local rights (little unclear here if that means simulcasting a comcast sixers game or airing the game only in home markets but on amazon)

amazon up and stole a part of the nba package. they will have a ton of games, playoffs included.

so that means, the last set of games are down to TNT and NBC. nbc already let everyone know they bid 2+ billion. tnt currently pays 1.2 billion. they had an exclusive negotiating window and it expired. warners is going through some major issues and its president is a bag of dicks.

we are in real, serious danger of losing inside the nba.

theres a shot amazon more or less brings the show over since they have no broadcasting infrastructure, but theyre going to want to put their on stamp somewhere in their coverage and usually thats the desk. like for football they bought validity with degenerate al. inside is really unique, though. theres a shot, thats the best i can say
