validly terrible: wash, nyg, chi, atl, car, no, sea, nyj, pit, ind, hou, den
mediocre to all hell: det, min, lar, arz, ne, cle, ten, lv
kinda decent: dal, gb, sf, bal, cin, lac, jax
good: phi, tb, mia, buf, kc

you can play around with the tiers but unarguably theres about 20 teams in the league are straight up bad

That was so bad tonight!  Embarrassing football at this level.  Watching Richard Sherman lose his shtein during the post game was awesome.
