-he remembered me, so thats fun.
-he remembered our conversation from last month...let me try to phrase this. "hey, remember what i told you about when segura would come back, howd there be no issue? bye bye didi, bye bye." he waved and his voice got like higher and kinda goofy with the didi part. i had assumed didi was like a respected dude but he seemed thrilled to have released him lol
-middleton is about to spend 6 days in milan at a wedding. billionaire things.
-he was noncommittal to ser pitching this year. when we were talking i asked if the ser thing would take the 15 days and there was a lot of im not sure, maybe, hes got that jerky motion, etc. just bad body language and vibes there. it doesnt sound good. so be prepared for that.

game was totally uneventful. the reds are and out and out atrocity.

they really dont *need* ser until the playoffs...the schedule is soft enough that they should be ok for the rest of the season. theyre playing some really bad teams that they ought to be able to handle without 1 high leverage RP

theres just no way they can navigate 2 playoffs wins over st lou or atlanta without him. so well see.

next time ill ask him if theyre gonna sign trea turner in the offseason

Alvarado long overdue for his regulary scheduled mess, he was lucky as hell to get out with one run.  Hand is mediocre at best, Sosa's one out gaf bites them and now down a run against a JV team.
