QuoteGame 5 was the highest rated Sixers game on NBC Sports Philadelphia since 2002, and the No. 1 program in primetime last night.

8.6 average rating and a peak of 11.8 (which is in the ballpark of about 313,000 homes concurrently)

Ethan Strauss asked doctors about every post season nba injury...

QuoteJoel Embiid (meniscus tear)
When the 76ers announced that Embiid was "day to day" despite suffering a meniscus tear, many were incredulous that the prognosis would be so, well, light. Your thoughts?

I think it is fair to call it day to day, to be totally honest. I've seen a lot of upset 76ers fans thinking that they're being fooled in some way by the 76ers saying this, but what a lot of people don't understand right away is, a meniscus injury offers a very big spectrum in terms of severity. An injury like a broken bone, it's very binary. You either have it or you don't. But a meniscus injury can be a lot of gray area. So it's very possible that they did an MRI and they found a tiny, tiny, tiny little meniscus tear and said, "Well gosh, maybe that's causing some of his soreness," and it's just that. It's a very, very small tear. It's not some big thing to do surgery or hold him out, so he truly is day to day in terms of how he responds to treatment and how he's feeling from one day to the next. On the other of that spectrum, you have your big, obvious, you look at it on the MRI and go, "Oh my goodness, that's huge, we have to do something about it, you're out for the season." So it's probably fair to call it day to day, and we've seen players play on meniscus tears before and then have surgery at the end of the season.[/right]

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

PhillyPhreak54

Sure.

But put Simmons on his 57yr old lookin ass

PhillyPhreak54
