It was interesting. The prompter says, all other questions press "0" for operator. So that's what I did. I expected to explain what I was trying to learn and be transferred, possibly more than once, and likely not get an answer to my questions. Actually, I expected a recorded message. What I got was an employee who really knew the product, could listen and talk and think and had manners, who answered my questions definitively, and then what's more, made me whole on the level at no cost. It was a goddamn miracle. I am ready to die now, it doesn't get better than this Adam Smith.

was out walking the dog earlier (dog sitting for chick upstairs) and a shtein ton of cops flew by me. more than i've ever seen at once. turns out some some fool ran over three people in his truck a few blocks from my crib. two of the three were bike cops.

bunch of idiots are already saying terrorism but a buddy of mine saw it and said seemed like dude just got impatient with traffic and tried to pass a bus. then hit people and lost his mind. i think they found a weapon too so thats prob why he ran. some virginia redneck with a rifle in the car.

at least i hope so.
