rowe has been terrible this camp, but theres obviously some talent there. if hes out of position, which he may be, then hes expendable since you have 2 good safetys already.

regardless schwartz was done with him. gotta let the man shape his own roster.

and cross off another chip pick.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Kline is a solid interior OL depth guy...so that's good.

What'll really make me happy is if the 4th turns into a 3rd.

SD

A 4th that could turn into a 3rd and a solid depth guy at a position of need is good value. I like Rowe, I just think the Eagles D coordinators have been too stubborn keeping him at corner when every one in the world can see he's better suited as a safety.

theres no doubt belly will get something valuable out of rowe....very possibly even turn him into a pro bowl caliber safety...shtein he might even turn him into a servicable corner....but since that was never happening here might as well get some value out of him
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Susquehanna Birder

All the better for us if he can maximize the guy's potential.

Schefter now saying they are in "deep discussions" to trade Kline

Damn Howie...rock on, son.

Zanshin

Meh. On one hand, it's good that they got something for him because he just wasn't a consistent corner. On the other hand, I think he could have been a very good, at least, safety. But for whatever reason, that wasn't going to happen...so this is better than throwing him on the scrap heap.

MDS

guess is indy for a conditional pick...like a 6th that could become a 5th or something

i cant see them getting a player back for kline.

seemed like the pats thought rowe was going to be cut. howie kept him on the roster and got some picks back for him.

honestly thought rowe would get cut...so getting something for him is a win, imo...albeit a small one.

You're not this simple minded...come on.

I know next to nothing about the dude other than he is interior OL and played both LG and RG. He was pretty solid in NE. That's all I know.

They need OL depth.

Slow ya roll.

PFF - for whatever that's worth - had him as New England's best olineman last year.

I don't know much about him and some of their grades from players I have watched seem curious to me - but it does seem he wasn't a dumpster fire last year.
