that really doesnt make any sense. bringing back jimmy would not impede the rebuild at all, in fact it would help JP to be around the legend. maybe something can wear off on him.

galvis id reckon could net them a bullpen arm or a some organizational pitching depth. with jp 2-3 months in AAA away from being ready, galvis has no actual future here. so why not get something for him, bring back the legend and let him ride off into the sunset? i promise it wont get in the way of you getting shteinfaced at the bar watching ufc.

they also count less than 7 runs vs David Buchanan

the phillies swept the cubs a few weeks ago. the cubs are still a lot better than the phillies.

the phillies hit zach grienke a bit. zach grineke is still a really good pitcher.

Greinke gave up the exact same number of earned runs today as he gave up in his last NINE starts combined.

You get to a guy like him like that, you typically expect a win on most days.
