Hinkie, Howie, Hexy - all tied for third.  None of them have done anything to be considered anything greater to this point.

hinkie magic has had 17th months of error free rebuilding

hextall didnt overspend on any free agents (huge culture shift for the club) and got rid of hartnell

on a serious note - i get what the sixers are doing, i dont really like it that much but again i get it and i'll stick with them. i might feel dirty for doing it but i'll just wash this stink of losing off when this turns around and enjoy the ride.

He's in first by default because his team is the only one that isn't a disaster right now, and most of his FA signings post-Andy have turned out OK.  Hextall needs to clean up Homer's mess before we can see what he's capable of (and yelling at the team last night gives him some bonus points), but on-the-ice, that Hartnell/Umberger swap isn't looking so great right now

i agree with hextall its early but i would have gotten rid of hartnell and his awful contract for a and the best thing hes done so far is to have done nothing

and while it was trade not a signing ill even throw in the parkey trade which was excellent....but you add those above free agent signings plus his two drafts and you dont have much....plus he released pimp for nothing and hasnt improved glaring holes on defense at all
