Choke is seeing it well...when he's taking his walks and letting the ball get deep in the zone this is what happens. Hopefully he can keep it up.

He's going to continue to pitch well for them this year and they would be able to flip him for something pretty good at the deadline if it's not too restrictive (I think it is though if my memory serves).

hes on his last legs...i cant imagine hed say no to a spot on the east coast for 2-3 months. i doubt hed OK a los angeles or something, but the yankees or pirates make perfect sense even right now.

perhaps the best news is papelbon having a +7. dude has had 1 bad game and otherwise been great. if he can keep it up they maybe might just be able to flip him, too.

i trust ruben amaro jr. to makes these trades and make them well.
