The guy with the highest OPS on the team and the first year manager who's been given a bunch of fossils to coach are kinda far down my blame meter at the moment. Not the same as a free pass, but I'm not sure why they should be the focus of too much of the criticism at the moment. The Phillies suck and if you're looking for people to blame, it's a target-rich environment.

the biggest pass thus far goes to amaro for as long as he keeps his job for.  this may be the worst team in baseball history based solely on the amount of money shoveled out for these bums over the passed 3 seasons for the productivity and success they've had.  it's almost comical if your a fan and LOL funny if you aren't.

As of their last home game – Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays – the Phils were league leaders in year-over-year attendance drop. After 15 home games, average attendance at Citizens Bank Park was 29,605 – a per-game plummet of 7,070, steepest in Major League Baseball.

It also represents an enormous loss of revenue. With the average Phillies ticket priced at $37.50, according to Team Marketing Report, 7,070 fewer fans means $265,125 less each game. Over 81 home games, that translates into more than $21 million.

the funniest part is no one realizes they'll never spend this amount of money again.  they know they fans aren't all homer retards and will spend whatever they ask for tickets.  therefore their own imposed salary cap will drop.  gotta make that money kid.

i honestly felt bad for the fans, media, umps, workers, etc. to have to sit through that horrible game, not fair. its one thing if its the tigers or giants or some good team that could use the win. but these 2 sacks of shteins? they shoulda just flipped a coin after 3 hours, what difference would it have made?
