Oh, I agree about the chicken and donuts.  I'd eat that until I exploded.

Just thought it was funny that they didn't really bother actually broadcasting the game.  I can't blame them, though.  The Marlins really are dreadful.

tommy hutton is one of the worst people on earth

he was shrieking...literally shrieking...on the revere double play last night. whining that revere should be out anyway because he slid head first. then they spent endless time bullshteinting with preston wilson and his inaccurate stories about cbp. its amazing how bad they are.

and they're STILL better than tmac and wheeler.

keep in mind hawk harrelson is off the charts, off the reservation bad but that what makes him awesome.

off the top of my head the yankees royals white sox phillies nationals pirates rays and indians are all worse than the marlins

maybe its just a lack of consistent exposure to them but the royals pirates rays and indians do nothing for me. certainly not good but not irritating to the point i want to strangle someone like i do when listening to tommy hutton cry for 3 hours

i actually like michael kay in the same way i love hawk..hes so terrible and reaping with arrogance its kind of entertaining.

kay is not bad....the rest of the yankees crew is beyond hideous

hawk is downright despicable

i dont really get the hate of the marlins guys...they are somwhere middle of the pack for me...i dont really even notice them until romey goes off and then i really concentrate and i still find nothing that would put them anywhere close to phillies or nats or any of the truly horrible booths in the league

I have to listen to them when the Phillies are playing.  You understand that, right?  I'm in the Marlins home territory so if I want to watch the Phillies I have to listen to those dipshteins. 

And for someone who espouses such a deep hatred of all things "homer" it's truly perplexing to me that you don't mind Rich Waltz, because he's the worst homer broadcaster in the history of sports.

yeah i watch them against the phillies all the time too on the package...as well every once in a while at other times

waltz is a homer but no more or less than anyone else and tommy hutton is actually pro phillie....having played there and being dick ruthvens brother in law...hes constantly talking about the city the team and the fans in a positive manner...in fact if there were any marlin fans to get upset they should be pissed at him during phillie series
