Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell plans to join the offensive coaching staff of the Baltimore Ravens, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

The Ravens announced last week that Cam Cameron would return as offensive coordinator, but they still need a quarterbacks coach for Joe Flacco. Caldwell now appears to be the choice.

At the Turtle Bay Resort for an industry function and I just saw Rob Ryan in the lobby. Didn't know wether to flip him off for being a Cowboy or fall at his feet and start crying "Why, why you SOB?. You could have made papa so proud. Birds man, birds"

Side note, he's as sloppy and messy in person as he looks on tv. Big, ugly, tacky aloha shirt and khaki shorts. Frightening.
