Ray Diddy on his top 10 Eagles/Dallas games. Don't know how he left the TO returns game - where Lito picked it off at the end to ice the game - off the list but it definitely belongs in the top 10.

Not to mention 44-6 should be top 5

Before clicking the link, in my young mind the top 3 that I can vividly remember are 4th and 1, the Willis pitch to Vincent INT return, and the curb stomping that ended the Cowboys season a couple years ago on that miracle playoff run the Eagles had.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Ah, forgot the Pickle Juice game. That was awesome too

I had the pleasure of being at the Willis/Vincent game. I still see Zordich blitzing and Aikman getting hurried and then sheer silence....

I forget who it was, probably Bobby Taylor, but Irvin had caught a ball and was about to score and Bobby T pushed him oob to save the TD setting up the pick

My family and I were in our original Locker Room (rape basement) watching. I don't know why it stands out so vividly in my mind. I think at that point the Dallas hatred I had been taught all my life finally kicking in, and up until that point I'm pretty sure the Cowboys had owned the Eagles in whatever memory I had. I just remember being so nervous as they drove closer to the end-zone and then freaking out when Willis intercepted the ball...as did everyone else in the room.

Those mid 90's teams battled the Cowboys pretty well and were usually good for a split during the season.  It was in the playoffs though that the Cowboys always got the better of the birds.  I think they only faced off twice in the playoffs in the 90's, both in the divisional round (and both in Dallas).  Eagles lost both games in embarrassing fashion.  I know one was after the 93 (Bring it home for Jerome) season and I think the other was 96.  I forget the final scores but I know Dallas scored 30+ in each of them and I don't think the Eagles scored more than 14 in either game.

That 96 playoff game was the week after they destroyed Detroit.  Rodney Peete was injured early in the game and Randall replaced him.  Randall and the birds were horrible that day.  If I recall Cunningham missed most of the week of practice.  I think his wife gave birth?  It was sad as that was his last game as a bird.

And I was there for that one too. 30-11 was the score. After the game I walked down to where the buses were and Charlie Garner was wearing a pink pimp suit.
