Gruden also inherited a tremendous D but his offenses could actually move the ball a little. Billick is a horrendus coach and a giant douchebag and I'd have a lot of trouble rooting for the Eagles if they hired him.

I could care less about billick and if he ever came here, but to say the defense won the superbowl for him and he had nothing to do with that is pretty funny.

billick had carter, moss, robert smith, cunningham in 98. youre going to score a lot of points (matter of fact they made nfl history that year) so of course you'll be be deemed an offensice guru/genius. he went to the ravens and had dogshtein to play with.

He had dogshtein and his offenses never improved. He also had the best back in the league at the time and a solid O-line. If I remember correctly didn't they go 5 or 6 games straight without scoring a TD that season? A great offensive mind doesn't let that happen.
