Damn Rome, just a few of us on here who remember Parent's playing days.  As a kid, being out here, NHL coverage was just short of receiving cave drawings a week later.  I remember my parents were returning from a trip to Europe and I couldn't wait to tell them the Flyers had won the Stanley Cup when we meet them at the gate.  Still can't believe it's been over 35 years since they won the cup.

Bob has outplayed him by a long shot and I'm not a Bob fan. What an awful signing Bryz is turning out to be, we're almost at the midway point of the season...so for those of you who are waiting for him to improve he's not going to. He's an average goalie and not an upgrade from what they had last season.

And for the love of god Homer trade Schenn while he still has value. His skills don't translate to the NHL level. I don't care that he's "just coming back from injury"...even when he was healthy he was lackluster. Move him for a defenseman while other teams still think he has an upside. Don't Dom Brown his value.

yeah schenn definitely deserves more time...how many nhl games has he played...15?

i think hes an nhl player....the question for me is whether he is mike richards a second line center than can get you 25-30 goals or is dave bolland a 15-20 goal third line center than can lock down the opponents top line and be a selke candidate every year

i do agree with sd that he shows no top end skills or talent and he has been overhyped

I also loved Giroux winning the faceoff after ott talked mad shtein about his rankings (which weren't even correct).
