Couturier is just a hell of a complete player at 18. He's always in the right position.  5 goals in 5 games on the 4th line isnt too shabby either.  Whoever the slut was that gave him mono should be sent a gift basket from the flyers.

So the 1,000 game win streak against the Islanders ended tonight.  I missed the game but heard Jim Jackson on WIP say Bob really didn't play that bad.  Is that true?

I really hate him but he's having a great season. Even minus the goals. He's not making boneheaded plays like he used too...it's like he finally got it this season.

Whatever...I'm a well documented Hartnell hater, pretty sure I proclaimed him as my all time most hated Flyer, but he's turned a corner this season and deserves credit where it's due.

Matt Read leads all rookies in goals. Pretty amazing. Really like the Simmonds/Read/Courterier line that Lavy put together. This team has some nice young forwards to build around. Too bad their D is old and Bryz sucks ass (yeah he was good today)
