Or perhaps it could be because the dropoff between Asomugha, as pedestrian as he's been, especially with DRC also more than likely out, and the band of misfits that will be starting in their place is enough that a quarterback the calibre of Tom Brady will shred the defense constantly.

Since the FO wants to be the Patriots so damn bad, I hope this beatdown really sinks in to show them just how much they're NOT the Patriots, how much Andy isn't Belichick and how much changes are needed on this team. Belichick wouldn't let this team become the embarrassment its been this year.
