That could theoretically just be posturing to get Mike a better injury settlement.

so I guess as long as someone drives him to practice every day hes gold.

His agent also disputed the AVM diagnosis. So if that is the case and he does NOT have AVM, then it makes sense.

The agent isn't saying that they're sure it's not AVM. He's just saying that the diagnosis is not definitive and not to write off his client just yet. They're seeking 2nd/3rd/4th opinions.

I didn't say he was sayign one thing or another. But if there is even a "Chance" he gets out on the field this year or beyond, it's NOT AVM.

According to Les Bowen, Patterson just arrived back at camp. This is kind of farged up.

he was just released from the hospital which is a few minutes from campus....makes sense he would go back to camp to gather stuff...get his car...or even just be with the team...its not like he showed up to practice

What I was talking about was that it seem like yesterday dude was on his death bed, or with a ticking time bomb inside his head. Now he's up and about and folks are talking about resuming he workload in a few days. Hell of a 180.

And again, the ONLY way he's resuming his workload is if he does not have AVM and this was only a case of dehydration.

They had a neurosurgeon on CSN yesterday and she said it is possible to still be able to play after an AVM.

Yes, I saw that. But NOT after a few days. lol...he meant one day in the future....IF they were able to 100% remove it without any complications. And even then, I dont 'think any team would risk it.

But that has no bearing on the current conversation of him resuming play in a few days.

From what I've heard, they don't even need to do invasive surgery if it's minor. They can also stuff it with glue or coils that diverts blood around it, and it dies off.
