I can't imagine him making this team unless he is going to be there KR. Of the three rookie RBs I actually think Cooper might have the best shot of sticking around.

I absolutely love the Noel Devine signing. He is perfect for the AR system. Only concern is pass blocking. This and the UDFA punter were good signings.
