the old school cfb people are a small but vocal group...wait for havas to peep cause he will spew his jim delany-fed talking points about this

and like good republicans there is no compromise with them. playoff people want a 64 team basketball style tourney and the other side, the right side, are right to want to let computers, coaches and sports writers decide everything.

fact is going 4 or 6 would be straight butter and would in no way shape or form ruin the regular season. lsu/bama is still a massive game regardless.

Would be hilarious if LSU barely lost for the first time in the SEC title game, while Bama and Oregon play each other in the BCS championship.

OkSt would have to lose also, but it's basically a wet dream for playoff proponents.

Mike Freeman of CBS said that scout.com is saying Urban Meyer to OSU for 7yrs $35M.

They say multiple sources are reporting it but only specifically mention Freeman as well.  Sounds like the story might be legit but there's still negotiating going on it's not a done deal yet.
