Hamels only topped 90 twice tonight after doing it 23 times last start and had an extra day of rest before tonight.

i didnt watch it but from zolecki it was dead arm...he couldnt get loss for whatever reason

It was exceedingly boring. One of the most boring games of the year. The "highlights":

* Fans near me wearing Expos butter joints

Even though Hamels appeared as if he didn't have "it" tonight the hits he gave up were nothing special.  Lots of weak little hits that snuck through the infield and Jrolls boot.  All the walks were a concern. 4 hits against a 6 & 11 lard ass like Hernandez was the issue.
