he rounded second on the throw...like he hit second base just as furcal was releasing the ball. it made no sense. none. the only ways hes safe is if furcal lobs it to pujols and pujols forgets utley exists.

maybe all that gell is going to his head. but it didnt lose them the game because choke wasnt going to do anything.

watching the last choke k gave me nightmares to what the next five years are going to be.

on top of that all well have to show for it is 1 title against a team that doesnt even really exist.

as amazing as this run has been its just about over and its going to be a massive failure when all is said and done.

lee will still have his runs against the padres and pirates. choke is going to make 25 mil, hit 20 homers and play 75% of the time because hes old and broken down. its already the worst contract in sports and it hasnt even started yet.

the interesting thing to look at it is the reaction this team gets if they lose on friday. do they get the good job guys it was a fun ride cheer or do people kill them juany style.

Lee had two different months of giving up like one run total, but all of a sudden he's a giant piece of shtein because of one bad game as a Phillie?

Heard the last three innings on the radio in the car. Choke's last K almost lead me right into the freeway divider.  I am so over Victorino.  I don't give a farg that he's representing the 808 anymore.  His stupidity is beyond comprehension.  Grit is a close second on the tard chart as of late.  Cliff Lee was brought here to help win a world championship.  Yes, it's one game but it was the playoffs, at home oh and a 4-0 cushion.  Ole Roy pitched ok today. Not great, ok.  Pineapple brains Ronnie Brown impersonation  and Choke not catching that foul ball before Freese's homer didn't help.

Per Todd, if someone told you the bums scored 11, 4, 3 and 3 you'd think cool Phils in 4. Just a quick peek into the next few years.  Get use to it, the bums are going to be the ones who'll have to be creepin'.

Sorry, just had to vent as my son heard it the whole way home this evening in the car.
