I lived across the street from the tennis courts on South Somerset for two years.  I loved Ventnor.  Margate was more fun, though.  That's where I met all the Flyers from the mid to late 80's.

Worst mistake I ever made was leaving there.

What's wrong with Abington?

total fag town, red street signs, substandard public school system

cheltenham is much much better
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I was born in Abington Hospital. Forgot about the red street signs. That kind of minutiae is what makes me miss that area bad. Used to vacation in Sea Isle, Ocean City, and Margate. Brother owns a place in Somers Point now. Night in Venice was PIMP.

Born in Abington.  Spent the first 11 years there, then Sea Isle, then Margate/Ventnor then this shteinhole.

Spent 3 months living in Cali too.  Should have stayed there.

Where in Cali?

Did you ever drop in on Big Daddy Graham while body surfing at Sea Isle?  He always talks a big game about his body surfing expertise at Sea Isle.  Love to drag his ass out to Sandy Beach on a 6 foot+ day.  Actually that would be pretty harsh on someone over 60.  shtein, it's harsh for someone in their 20's.

Huntington Beach.

Locals only in Sea Isle where I surfed.  In fact if you didn't get permission to bring someone out with you you were likely to get smacked by the older guys.  I got into a scrap when I was about 13 and got my arse beat by a high school senior, but I didn't back down so they let me stay.  The 47th street jetty was my home break but 34th street was really the best place on the island to surf especially after storms.

I rode double overhead waves there.

Crab fries are wretched especially the way C & P makes them.

I've made them at home with good cheese and they blow those idiots crap out of the water.

Well, I'm definitely saying that I hope the Phils somehow miss Kershaw on this road trip.

Actually, nevermind, it doesn't matter. Pence is in the lineup now, so lefties are scared as all shtein.
