Excellent point.  At this rate Venters will be dead by mid-September.

I'm not sure when his contract expires, but I beleive Either is the next "big name" player that they have coming up for free agency.  So if the Dodgers look to move anyone, I'd imagine they would start with him.  His power numbers are down, but he's still hitting for a high average.

The Dodgers won't be allowed to either extend Kemp/Either or trade them.  It's a bad situation for them.
