But in 1991 when Kruk came to town I was 11. After his stints in the OF he played 1B, the same position I played and would play for a long time so I paid attention more to the Phillies 1B.

i know more about baseball than you two camel jockeys put together. everything i said about this team has come true. i wasnt busting veins over random, totally forgettable may losses. i wasnt singing the praises of a team that is now 300 games back of first.

also i had the same boyhood crush J had on kruk but here i am at 24 well aware that he was an ok phillie but an all around repugnant twat when he was here. so was schilling but he was a front line SP for like six years and actually did something memorable besides get cancer, be fat, drink and do something funny in an all-star game.

also i think hanover mentioned this but that 93 team has had some serious revisionist history done to them. talk about putting Hoyda on a pedestal.
