team pts aren't a true indicator of your offense for obvious reasons

where you see the pimp effect is the amount of space that was available on the field for everyone

plays of 20+ yards and 40+ yards fell off a cliff

yards per play and yards per pass way down

and while im not a fan of the sack as a stat eagle qb's were sacked 14 less times this year than last

because they so often dont tell you anything....its just a number like so many nfl stats...i mean just think about the different reasons for a sack

coverage sack
blown assignment by a RB
blown assignment by a OL
house blitz
wrong route run
center calls the wrong protection
qb holds the ball too long
etc
etc
etc

and I wont even get into individual sack totals....how many times does the guy credited with the sack not be the one who deserves it
