Think they wanted Charles Grant and the Raiders sniped him so they moved back. I don't mind the extra picks.

MDS

they are going to have a bunch of extra comp picks next year...id figure howie tries to maximize dart throws now since at this point its all on your scouts
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

ice grillin you

they have a preposterous 18 picks between tomorrow and next year....agree with sd...flip some shtein to get a higher pick somewhere...next year they have three 3's

Don Ho

Maybe Shedeur will be available at #191, you know, the quaterback factory and all.

Looks like we traded 130 to the jets for 145 and 207. Would rather trade for future picks. Hell 2027 picks will do too

Diomedes

I know I've asked this before but I never read any of your stupid replies so I'm going to say it again.

Is there anything to prevent a team from trading for picks in a market-gaming style?  Like, for example, trading consistently forward to gain more position and absolute number of picks over the long term?  Trade for picks with no intention of using them...in fact, with the express purpose of not using them to select players, but to trade for more capital?  I can imagine a team slowly building up a rolling bank of draft capital that could give a team a significant, long-temr resource advantage. Is there a limit on years forward you can trade picks for?  Can you offer a 2028 pick in a deal this year?

SD

You can only trade 3 drafts ahead maximum so yes on 2028 pick and there's no rule I'm aware of that forbids a team from continually rolling draft capital over from year to year.

Diomedes

You have to find willing trade partners to keep it going, of course.

But the number of picks are scarce.  Demand is guaranteed.

GM Dio is thinking of pitching this idea to the owner:  "Boss, we're not gonna use our round 3 pick this year.  Like, ever.  We're going to trade it, and then trade whatever we get from it, etc., until we reach the point we can draft off the interest."

Also, I want a raise.

Philadelphia Eagles 2025 Draft Value

As expected, Howie Roseman cooked.

It doesn't seem fair, but at this point, it's not surprising.

Howie Roseman finished fourth in this metric in 2024 and picks up right where he left off by again finishing fourth in 2025.

The draft started by nabbing Jihaad Campbell at No. 31 when he was projected mid-first round.

But Howie REALLY cleaned up in Round 6, drafting three players way below expectation, highlighted by OT Cameron Williams at No. 207 when he was expected to go No. 92.

Other picks later than expected included QB Kyle McCord, EDGE Antwaun Powell–Ryland, and LB Smael Mondon Jr.

The Eagles did so well in Rounds 1 through 6 that they packed up shop and left before the seventh round began, making ZERO picks in the seventh round.

The defending Super Bowl Champion Eagles just delivered another great NFL draft.
