The two offseason re-signings I hated most were Ertz and Curry. So far they've proven me right. I actually like the offense better with Celek/Burton than I do Ertz and Curry is invisible.

Wouldn't rule out the Eagles inquiring on Alshon Jeffery as well. Howie Roseman loves to make deals. Wentz needs weapons on the outside...

Jeffery's an f/a next season, he's being underutilized and Chicago is out of it, makes sense to trade him. He's exactly what they need, he has size and speed. I'm not selling the farm for the guy but I wouldn't rule out making an offer.

I like Curry as a player but not as a nearly $10 million a year player. But Howie has overpaid a lot of people.

Smith is meh but he at least would add a presence that no one on the team offers in theory.
