For what it's worth (literally nothing) I don't think spending every free second thinking about, analyzing, agonizing about and obsessing over sports makes you a "real fan". I think it makes you an insane person.

We're supposed to derive pleasure from this. Let me know when that starts happening again and I'll get back to knowing the name of the special teams gunners and practice squad bodies. Until then, I'll be over here drinking.
