they hired a DC that runs a 3-4....you either change the personnel or you fire the DC...and I don't think the DC is getting fired so vinny curry can play in a 4-3....this is a process

Again, I agree with you.  I'm saying (1) they should acquire the proper personnel to play the defense or (2) change the defensive alignment to take better advantage of the skills the players have.  They're doing neither and it's quite stupid.
