The d had half decent talent in 2021...d was awful. Last season they probably had the most talent in the league yet his schemes were badly exploited.

Steichen has been brilliant as a play caller. It's more likely than not that the Eagles will be getting worse in that regard.

If I was an nfl gm with a coaching vacancy Ryan's would have been my top choice Steichen would have been my 2nd.

Bottom line is that Eagles will be returning most if not all of their offensive talent, but probably taking a step back in coaching.
On defense, they will probably not be returning as much talent as 2022, and will have the same limited coach.

Odds of getting as lucky as 2022 with the offseason moves, the team's health, and the schedule are low.

While I agree with all of this the nfc is pretty weak. SF might be decent if they figure out their qb situation. I'm sure Dallas will be a factor but I just don't see them improving all that much. Minnesota is a joke. Detroit could be a factor if some things fall into place.

Howie is obviously key here and the birds schedule next season is rough
