Look if the kid has had 3 solid years in a row and is legit, resign him. He's yet to do that, has shown flashes of absolute greatness, but really he's been hit or miss all year long. That doesn't sit well in my stomach and I am sure its not a good sign for the FO as well.

CHARACTER ISSUES

Even if he has character issues, which I don't believe he does, the Eagles need to re-sign him, Maclin, and Vick to long term contracts

By the way it's farging awesome that Vick is not afraid to get right in Pimp's face and tell him he expects more.

I love the way he is taking over this team.  He had a mediocre game yesterday overall - the INT was huge and the fumbles were plentiful but lucky - but I really feel if it were Donnie Mac under center, he would have mailed it in much sooner.  Throwing worm burners and flashing cheesy grins down 3+ scores.

Totally agree.  This is what this team lacked for years.  Vick was the first to admit his interception was the game changer.  He blew it and he didn't cower in a corner.  

We may be reading to much into this but Pimp has looked tentative since "the hit".  


Nice to see Avant bounce back, he looked like a beast out there.

I watched both games on TV.  Your frame of reference is a bit skewed.

The Giants game was painful because seemingly every big play was reviewed.

Except for the one that actually mattered..Im pretty sure Shady's TD run was the play of the season so far.

I am honestly laughing at the sky is falling, OMG OMG OMG, attitude from the media and people I've talked to. Really? Both starting CBs out (one of whom has like a thousand INTs) and you expect to see the defense to play up to the level? They attacked the secondary because they knew it was dead with injury.

As far as this "teams are figuring out Vick" spew...holy crap. LOL Enough already! The line played zesty against a really good defense. Vick wasn't outstanding, but he played well enough to win that game. Had the defense been healthy and playing better, they win the game.

Oh yeah, Reid's playcalling makes me want to stab myself in the eyeball with an alcohol soaked Q-tip repeatedly.
