bingo

I cringe every time he's out on the court, so much now that I don't find joy in his dazzling dunks. \

I was slightly encouraged with Brand's play tonight, he played hard and good.

i don't think it can be overstated how unbelievable john wall is going to be.

why didnt i take the under on the win/loss total
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Hawk

Didn't see the game because of class... but at least one positive is that I'll get to watch John Wall firsthand down here....  Iguodala needs to go...

Snow is friggin hard to listen to

I would love to know the +/- differential over the Sixers last 3 games with Turner in the game. Every time he is on the floor the Sixers make some kind of run.

he was ok against indiana but otherwise hes been bad and last night he was just horrific...-15 i believe...you bang on jeru for turning it over six times in 40 minutes with the ball constantly in his hands but praise turner for being like a minus 10 over the last few games and last night turning it over three times in 25 minutes

doesnt compute

christ...the types of turnovers Jrue has had have been so bad. dont look at his stats this game and say he had a solid game...its been very pedestrian at best

yeah and wall had eight turnovers...point guards are going to turn the ball over..especially 20 year old point guards....but the kid had 13 assists shot well from the field and his on the ball defense of wall in the last five minutes was unbelievably impressive..he single handedly forced the bullets to bring blatche out above the foul line to pick and roll because wall was having trouble getting by the damaja

i wont say turnovers are overrated in the nba because as a team you have to take care of the ball but you cant focus on a few posessions where a guy might have a tough stretch of turning the ball over and then overreact..thats the problem i had with collins beching lou the other night..hes been by far your best player and is on a tear right now..you dont sit that down for half a game

anyway indiana was the game where jeru was just hideous...i thought last night he was really good

last nights game in general was just fabulous

one thing i dont get is iguodala basically didnt play the last five minutes of regulation (which was very telling imo) but then somehow he finds his way into taking the last shot of the game which clearly isnt his strong suit.didnt make much sense
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

PoopyfaceMcGee

Wall first player in NBA history to reach 29 points, 13 assists, and 9 steals in the same game

phattymatty

that game was fun as shtein even though they lost. and let's not get excited about brand people. he had a good game but was still slow as shtein yesterday. when you get burnt consistently by andrew effing blatche you've lost it.  and what has happened to marreeese? had high hopes for dude at one point.

and god damn is john wall good.

Im not favoring either player--Im just calling it as it is, and pointing out the glaring mistakes that need to be adjusted in order to be a good pg in this league. I already said the other night that Jrue's one-on-one perimeter d is the off the charts--and I enjoy watching him on that side.

For the first quarter and a half he played well. Then from mid-second quarter on he was very mediocre--except for OT where he was stellar. Im not concerned what the stats say--I watch his overall play as a pg--more or less how he's using the other players, penetrating and distributing the ball.  He had some decent assists, but majority of them were guys standing there wide open underneath the basket (this is the Wizards), or just a quick pass and shoot that you or I could pull off. There were many times where he penetrated and just looked lost.

As far as Turner, not too sure what you're looking out of him but saying that hes been horrific is just wrong. Aside from him probably being the best inside rebounder on the team--no joke--his defense has been incredible and he knows how to facilitate a play and find the open guys cutting off screens--something Lou and Jrue are struggling with. He doesnt shoot enough prob because hes told not to right now, and his turnover last night was god-awful because he tried to be cute. His on the ball defense against Wall up top was so good that he caused 3 turnovers. Overall, they both need huge improvements (and it will come) offensively to be considered anything but average in this league.

ice grillin you

not that its anything to be ashamed of and hes way to slow and big to check wall but wall went by him like he wasnt even there almost every time he was on him..which luckily didnt last long

i dont even know what games you are watching so we should just end this here

i mean you praised a guys plus minus who was minus 15 last night and minus 10 over the last three games
