I really feel for any Eagles fan that was unfortunate to fall witness to the Ellis Hobbs/Nate Allen Keystone Clown Coverage Show today. Like PT Barnum says, there's a sucker born every minute.

WR Kenny Britt will not start in Sunday's game against Philadelphia, but he will play in the game, Titans head coach Jeff Fisher told The Tennessean Saturday night.

Britt was allegedly involved in a fight at a Nashville nightclub early Friday morning, and the Titans say they are gathering facts about the incident.

What was crazy about that was that after one of his TD's in which he abused Hobbs, the sideline camera panned over to Hobbs sulking on the bench and AR coming over to give him words of encouragement and a pat and/or rub on the shoulder.

Excuse me, but when does the time come where you grab that "seasoned professional" mutherfarger by his shoulderpads and yell in his face "What the farg is wrong with you?  What the farg are you doing out there?"

everyone not employed by the eagles knew ellis hobbs was garbage so his stellar performance yesterday comes as no surprise.  the funny(?) thing is he'll be right back in there competing next game.

also - not for nothing but that fourth quarter was the worst display of defensive ineptitude i've ever seen and mcdermott should have been fired on the spot.  reid too, of course, but that's not going to happen.

Hobbs' weaknesses were not being exposed the past 5 games because the eagles front was getting pressure almost every game...not to mention he hasnt played one on one with a decent receiver over that span as well.

His biggest test over all the receivers he played was Jenkins last week-- and you see what happened. That side of the ball will be the achilles heel all season for this defense.

I just cant get over the fact that Mcdermott couldnt design anything up to rattle a 38 yr old lamp post in the pocket qb when it counted the most....which pretty much should of been all game.

I just dont get how you keep backpedaling when you see a receiver blow by the first zone coverage, and hes coming right at you. Once is bad enough, but cmon...over and over? wow.

that was such a disgusting play and the most important of the game...eagles just get that fg to go up two scores and then nate allen gives the titans a one play 80 yard drive...it was over after that
