2010 Week One: Packers Discussion

A 3-4 defense and a high powered offense is coming in here. Needless to say I don't have a good feeling about the game. The good thing is they're missing two pieces in their secondary and got bludgeoned by ARZ last year, so they can be scored on; provided that Kolb has the time to handle business.

I hope Akeem Jordan, Mikell and Allen are ready for Jermichael Finley.

The line is at 3 which is shocking to me, I'm seriously considering putting money on the Pack. I know weird things happen week 1 but the Packers are a more together team. I don't think the talent level is that much different, but they're basically the same team that lost in the playoffs last season. The Eagles are very different at almost every position.

key to the game is obviously the oline...im not sure they can win even with a good oline performance because i dont think cobb is up to out gun slinging aarron rodgers head to head yet but without it its gonna get super ugly

I think we hit rock bottom in the past back to back losses. That even felt worse than the 3-13 season. So, we can only go up from here...even in our losses. It's going to be an enjoyable season with very low expectations. No pressure.

I know I'm the only person here who feels like this team is much better than they're being given credit for, but I'll stand by that until proven wrong.

Not regarding any of my expectations. I'll be relaxed...sure I'll be pulling for them to win...but it's not going to be like recent seasons of superbowl expectations.

i think they get pretty embaressed.  they historically come out of the gate slow.  young team.  lots of mistakes.

For some odd reason I think the O-line will be fine early in the season, then crumble around the half way point. Still think they lose by 7-10.
