Regarding the former assertion, well if the players on offer were truly quality keepers, then it stands to reason you'd be getting some deals done.  Which you're not.

The way I look at it, you're all scared of being embarrassed by another rjs trade and would rather keep Aaron Hernandez on your rosters than trade a fifth round pick to me. Either way, the idea that neither Gonzo nor Witten is worth a mid round pick in a league that requires you to keep a TE/K/D is laughable.

Don't know what your league's scoring setting is but in a PPR league Witten is the #2 scoring TE this year

this league isn't PPR; TEs are minor players

our highest scoring TE is Gates, of course...120 points so far..after that it's a huge dropoff to the next TE at 75 points.  Witten slots in 6th at 68 points.

by comparison, 28 Defenses and 8 kickers have scored more points than Witten
