he'll fit right in with Kolb in munsonland

Munson

How much longer are you going to continue to assume I'm the only one with questions about his arm strength? Just curious.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

SunMo

once there is one other person who brings it up
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Munson

I'm not a huge Barkaan fan but when he's asking Kolb on live TV in an interview about his arm strength and if "it's there", I'm pretty sure there are people other than Roy Munson, CF poster bringing it up.

Considering it's day 1 and you're a halfwit, I'm going to assume Barkan was asking Kolb if his arm strength was there yet (or in that context). You know, because QBs usually don't show up day 1 and start rifling the ball like it's mid season. There's usually a build up period to get players into shape for opening day, that's why there's training camp and preseason games.

I didn't even see the interview yet I comprehend it better than you.

Munson

lol again, when are you going to stop assuming?

Barkaan said something "So we keep hearing about the accuracy, the quick decisions, etc., but what about your arm strength? Is that there?" and Kolb went on to say something like "Yeah I think it is. If you ask the guys I think they'll tell you the same"

But you're right I'm just making this shtein up as I go along.

Munson

So you posted a fluff piece about the first day of TC and how accurate Kolb was during 7 on 7 non contact drills. Really?

More fluff

QuoteThe Kevin Kolb era officially began for the Birds this morning at Lehigh University and the youngster was eager to get it started.

The Eagles gave us a taste of what we're going to be seeing when the offense takes the field this fall.  Kolb must have thrown ten or fifteen slant routes before you could blink and most of them were on the money.

He also was zipping in throws on some curl, hook and corner routes.
The Birds were working their underneath game for most of today's morning practice.  The underneath game is going to be a big part of their attack because it's something that Kolb does very well.

All of these observations scream weak arm

Munson

There was also another piece in the Kolb thread posted about him gaining arm strength. I'll believe it when I see it. As of right now I'm going off of what I've seen from practice and the few games he played the last few years. Which is a bum arm.

But I'm surprised at you posting fluff pieces from the first practice, mainly raving about his accuracy, like they're proof that I and I alone have questioned his arm strength.

Yes, they're fluff pieces about his 'accuracy', that's why they use phrases like 'He also was zipping throws' and 'before you could blink an eye'.

Phrases that refer to accuracy would be:
'most of them were on the money.'

Do you see the difference monkey boy?
