Yeah he should be designated to a spot to where he only needs to get a walk.  Hes the worst hitter on the team right now.    Cliff lee.

i think its a mistake playing him period...that dp would have been turned anyway cause of how hard he hit it but he could barely get down the line...without his speed hes worthless right now...not to even mention how the hammy is affecting his swing...he should be on the bench and be used in a clutch PH spot...cause he is money in those situations...other than that have him sit till hes closer to or at 100%
