the only saving grace is that you just werent ever going to win a kendrick strasberg match up...its not like one of the top three guys gave up three runs early....that would be super frustrating

with the stuff strasburg had in the 1st no lineup is even gonna work him enough to get him out of the game before the 7th or 8th

also kendricks stuff is fine, its just he couldnt locate anything in the 1st inning. thus, the 3 runs. hes a 5th starter for a reason.

hopefully he can hold it at 3 and the phillies can get 6-9 outs to play with against the bullpen

the nationals have scored a hundred runs in like five innings vs kendrick this year...dont expect him to hold anyone

and kendrick has no stuff....if he isnt locating he sucks

i fully expect to resume wire rewatch in t minus 1 hour

and hes pitches have the same kind of movement on them as they always do. sometimes they go at people sometimes they find empty spots.

its either 1 way or the other....and today looks like the other.
