the seasoned eye for talent tidbit is infuriating...and the desperation to make howie roseman some sort of PP genius is sad but i dont think that specifically applies to this move

yes he's young and has more upside then clemmons and should benefit from having cole opposite of him just like kerney helped him in 07 but the guy really didnt do that much for seattle and played in a really weak division when it comes to the o-lines he played against. rams, cards, niners ?

This is a good move.  Tapp played extremely well at VT and has a lot of upside, unlike Clemons who came out of nowhere and was a stretch to think he could grow.  I think a rotation of Abimi and Tapp will do well across from Killa.  Clemons was a turd.

tapp is a totally different guy than he was at virginia tech...he was like 245 in college and wreaked havoc off the edge...i farging loved him as a college player but its best not to even think about that now or be disappointed

now hes in the 270's and is imo a better run stopper than pass rusher
