btw last night's game with the earlier start time is now the 2nd-lowest rated game in WS history (4.6, only ahead of the 10pm rain-delayed game 3 at CBP two years ago that got a 4.1)

This is the first year since 1994 (when I was in Infantry School) that I haven't so much as a single pitch during the WS.  I seriously can't bear to watch right now knowing that the Phils should be there.  And the fact that SF is seemingly having a relatively smooth run through Texas makes it even worse.

The only solace I take in seeing Texas go down is that most Rangers fans are Cowboys fans.

Cliff Lee dominate in game 5 or does San Fran take it?

I'm surprised at how poor Texas is playing. Sure they are facing good pitching, but they hit Sabathia and Pettitte enough to win. They also hit David Price enough to win twice and Price was arguably the best lefty in the game this season.

It looks to me like beating the Yankees was their championship, because they look dead out there right now.
