Why do you suddenly care about the Eagles' money? The #5 spot on the depth chart is just as good a place to develop young talent. I mean, I don't particularly care about Kevin Curtis, but why not keep a proven veteran there?

3. the eagles have their own cap whether the nfl does or not
4. id rather use his money to go to things like caking off pimp
5. when there is a cap again in a year i want them as far under it as humanly possibly
6. they have no chance of winning this year
7. i enjoy new blood ont he team and much prefer following that instead of washed up oldies

curtis is a good slot receiver.  if anything happens to avant they would need him to step in.  and it doesn't matter what he's getting paid because we're not paying the bill.

issue is rome that he hasnt been able to stay on the field which is the overriding factor. the eagles dont keep guys over 30 that are not performing.
