my top 10 (i think)

1. michael clayton
2. city of god
3. bug
4. wedding crashers
5. no country old men
6. dawn of the dead
7. traffic
8. blackhawk down
9. cabin fever
10. zodiac

honorables: dark knight - half nelson - children of men - sideways - adaptation - session 9 - sherrybaby - maria full of grace - pans lab - before sunset

Traffic was crap as was Sideways. Cabin Fever was awful, just farging awful. And I'm saying that as a huge fan of horror movies AND so-bad-they're-good movies. Cabin Fever was neither. I loved Wedding Crashers but probably wouldn't put it on a to ten list unless you're talking specifically about comedies. Didn't see Michael Clayton, Bug, Session 9, Maria Full of Grace, Before Sunset  or Zodiac.

The rest of this list is pretty damned good.

Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

CD's I either own or had a song or two I know I enjoyed (even if it was a guilty pleasure).

I really really really hate that I had to bold Kayne

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Seabiscuit36

i'm happy to see MGMT and LCD Soundsystem so high on that list

I'm kind of shocked that bands like Bright Eyes and Death Cab made the list, but Brand New's The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me did not...especially since that CD prompted a few press outlets to dub them "Americas version of Radiohead"...Which I don't really get, I think they're closer to Morrissey/The Smiths than Radiohead.
